1. Service Description
ZBounce provides email validation services through its API and web interface. The service checks email addresses for format validity, domain and email existence, and disposable email status.
2. Account-Free Usage
Our service requires no user accounts. Access is granted solely through API keys which:
- Have no personal identification information attached
- Are not recoverable if lost
- Automatically expire based on their credit balance or time limit
3. Payment and Refunds
All purchases are final. Due to the nature of our service:
- Credits cannot be refunded once purchased
- Unused credits expire 24 months after last top-up for Pay As You Go plans
- Subscription plan credits do not roll over to subsequent months
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the ZBounce service to:
- Validate email addresses without proper authorization
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Service Limitations
ZBounce makes no guarantees about:
- 100% accuracy of validation results
- Continuous service availability
- Future pricing or feature availability
6. Liability
ZBounce shall not be liable for any:
- Direct or indirect damages resulting from service use
- Financial losses related to email deliverability
- Consequences of relying on validation results
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
